Landscape and visual impact assessment (lvia)and landscape and visual appraisals (LVA) are a core service that we offer. This work is carried out in line with the industry standard which is the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, 3rd edition, 2013, by the Landscape Institute and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment; and the Landscape Institute Technical Guidance Note 02/21 Assessing Landscape Value. Many of our lvias and lvas have also been used as the basis for proofs of evidence at public inquiry, planning applications, appeals and environmental impact assessment (eia).
